Product Review – NYB – THCA Live Resin Concentrate – Gorilla Glue

Gorilla Glue (indica) Live Resin Concentrate Product Review

NYB Labs’ Indica Gorilla Glue THCA Live Resin Concentrate is a 2.5 g live resin dab formulated to preserve the strain’s complete terpene and cannabinoid profile, delivering an authentic, full-spectrum experience in every hit. Packaged in an airtight, resealable glass jar, the concentrate boasts a remarkable 99 % THCA purity, positioning it among the most potent THCA dabs available on the market. Not Your Bakery sources premium, USA‑grown hemp and employs cutting‑edge extraction techniques to lock in the plant’s natural flavors and aromas, ensuring that users receive a clean, flavorful, and powerful product.

Upon opening the jar, the concentrate’s appearance immediately impresses: a luminous golden hue and a sugar‑like badder consistency that glistens under light, reflecting its dense terpene and cannabinoid content preserved through flash‑freeze extraction. The aroma is equally compelling, presenting a pungent, earthy bouquet underscored by sharp pine and diesel notes, offering an immediate preview of the strain’s classic fragrance profile.

When dabbed at optimal temperatures, the concentrate releases complex flavors that unfold with deep earthy undertones, followed by hints of chocolate, coffee, and spice, culminating in a bright, citrus‑like finish that cleanses the palate. This multi‑layered flavor journey showcases the synergy between the strain’s dominant terpenes, creating a balanced profile that appeals to both flavor connoisseurs and potency seekers.

Clocking in at nearly 99 % THCA, this live resin concentrate delivers an intense, fast‑acting onset that transitions into a deeply relaxing body high characteristic of indica‑dominant Gorilla Glue genetics. Users report a heavy‑handed euphoria that gradually mellows into full‑body sedation and couch‑lock, making it ideal for evening use or relief from stress and tension.

The terpene profile is anchored by beta‑caryophyllene, lending spicy, peppery nuances and anti‑inflammatory properties, alongside myrcene, which contributes musky, earthy aromas and potentiates THC’s effects. Complementing these are bright limonene notes that introduce a subtle citrus zest, while trace amounts of humulene and linalool add woody, floral, and herbal accents to the overall aroma and flavor.

Gorilla Glue #4, the genetic foundation of this concentrate, is a celebrated indica‑dominant hybrid born from the cross of Chem’s Sister, Sour Dubb, and Chocolate Diesel, each contributing distinct aromatic and psychoactive traits to the progeny. Chem’s Sister, itself a sativa‑leaning variant of Chemdawg, imparts cerebral uplift, Sour Dubb offers pungent diesel sweetness, and Chocolate Diesel adds rich cocoa undertones, culminating in a balanced yet potent strain that thrives in both indoor and outdoor cultivation.

NYB Labs employs live resin extraction via flash‑freezing freshly harvested hemp, ensuring maximal preservation of volatile terpenes and THCA crystals for a robust, full‑spectrum concentrate. This method distinguishes live resin from cured‑resin processes by capturing the plant’s profile at peak freshness, resulting in superior flavor intensity and nuanced effects.

For optimal results, users should employ precision dab tools to handle the delicate badder consistency and a temperature‑controlled dab rig or e‑rig set between 315–450 °F, which allows the terpenes to vaporize without combusting, preserving flavor integrity.

Each jar undergoes rigorous third‑party lab testing to verify cannabinoid potency, terpene content, and the absence of residual solvents or contaminants, providing consumers with detailed Certificates of Analysis for peace of mind. The sturdy, UV‑resistant glass container with an airtight silicone gasket ensures the concentrate remains fresh and stable during storage, protecting it from light and air exposure.

Overall, NYB Labs’ Indica Gorilla Glue THCA Live Resin Concentrate stands out as a top‑tier offering for experienced dabbers seeking an authentic, high‑potency concentrate that faithfully captures the essence of its parent strain through meticulous cultivation, extraction, and packaging practices. Whether you’re drawn to its complex terpene‑driven flavor journey or its powerful indica effects, this live resin concentrate delivers a premium dabbing experience that justifies its price point and cements NYB’s reputation as a leader in the THCA concentrate market.
